What we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join the Finsure team in Sydney. Reporting to our State Business Managers, you will be the face of the company and will have the ability to create and apply an effective sales strategy collaboratively.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by forging strong relationships with current brokers and actively recruiting new ones for onboarding. You will manage an existing portfolio of brokers and will leverage internal relationships to assist your brokers grow and manage their own businesses.

Work experience, skills & desirable qualifications

  • 2 years experience working with mortgage brokers or in banking services
  • Will consider strong sales experience
  • Great presentation, communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to give the best solution to your client
  • Cert 4 Mortgage Broking & other relevant tertiary qualifications
